The front office personnel are friendly. That's what the 1 star is for. that's all they have going for them. The ladies who aswer the phone and work in the front are friendly and seem genuinely concerned. now that's out of the way, that is the only good aspect of this company. It's not even that their internet is bad, which it is unbelievably unreliable and slow, but the field customer service is horrendous and they never come out when they say they will. There were multiple occasions where I went without internet for multiple days after calling and filing for a tech to come out and fix my internet. They do not offer any kind of refund for this terrible service either. It's far too expensive for the speeds and reliability that is offered. In fact, the field team is so bad that after I moved and cancelled the internet I was contacted for 2 more months about missing payments and once I told them, for the 3rd time, that I moved and no longer needed their service I was told to bring by the equipment that they initially said they would pick up. I of course did not bring anything by as I had moved hours away. I would receive calls from the field techs about how they were "coming by this afternoon" to not only them never showing up, but having me reschedule just to be stood up over and over. They have literally, and I mean this, the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in any form across all industry platforms. I've never dealt with such an incompetent group of people who offer such low quality services at such a premium price. I could understand if the internet wasn't the best but was accompanied with good customer service and paying a little higher price because of the location. But, this was not the case. I would avoid them like the plague. Go to some other local ISP and TV provider. I don't care which one, as there is almost a 100% chance they are better than Mt Zone.
