Penny's Diner at 2407 U.S. 90, Alpine, Texas.

Waited over 20 minutes to place our order. It took about 45 minutes to get our food. We were patient because it was late (9:30 PM) But the food was terrible. The chili was canned chili, the corn was canned corn, the meat patty from my burger was a frozen pattie. The waitress told us we couldn’t order a shake because she didn’t have time to make it. She was also very rude, one of the kids asked for a to go box and she rolled her eyes at him. She didn’t seem to care that we didn’t like the food.
